I stayed at this hotel for a short getaway and was pleased with several aspects. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the JR station and right next to local bus routes. The hot spa was a highlight, offering a relaxing experience after a day of exploring. The room, though small, was cozy and had a provided phone charger. Pleasant hotel, it was fairly clean, and the staff was very-very nice. The a double room was budget with a sofa bed. Location: the property was just next door to the Aeon mall and train station, and AEON supermarket. Truly enjoyed this hotel, had fantastic experience.

Honestly, the location of this place is a win! It's super close to the train station and surrounded by shopping spots, so you can easily grab anything you need. I enjoyed the onsen, too—it's quite nice and has various amenities so you can pamper yourself after a long day of exploring.
The room we got was tiny and felt pretty worn out—definitely not worth the price. The extra bed was uncomfortable, and the entire hotel had a smoky smell that was really off-putting. Plus, the staff struggled with English, making simple questions frustrating to resolve.

Helpful staff and convenient location near train station and shopping mall. The multi-port charger in the room and TV's rotatable feature were thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The coin laundry's dryer machine was unreliable and the parking fee was unexpected and a disappointment.

The two complementary facts, a chocolate and a drink, were the only good things about my Christmas stay. the hotel was located near the train station and the shopping area, which I appreciated. the holiday atmosphere created by the decorations in the lobby was a nice touch.
The room was very disheartening and dingy, feeling far from the standards initially advertised. the bathroom was in dire need of refurbishing, with mold in crevices and grime all over the shower.
